Returns & Exchanges
Assembly New York accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for store credit or refund. Please note that all vintage, sale items, and intimate apparel are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Email our customer service team with your order number and the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the original invoice with the RA number clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Items
Send your return using a trackable shipping method to our New York flagship store address; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing & Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days, minus any original shipping fees.
